# 142. Không import được file Excel lên Pushsale

**1.Import sản phẩm**

Không import được sản phẩm lên Pushsale

Một số lý do dẫn đến việc không import được file Excel:

* Nhập thiếu trường bắt buộc

* Không nhập thuộc tính**:** Nếu sản phẩm không có thuộc tính thì xóa text tại 2 cột như ảnh dưới đây

**2. Import Contact**

Một số lý do dẫn đến việc không import contact được:

* Thiếu trường bắt buộc

* Nhập sai các thông tin: **Tên sản phẩm**, **Sale (username),** **Tác nghiệp**, **Nguồn trang**

Phương án xử lý: Chọn bộ lọc **Không hợp lệ**, sau đó **Xóa dữ liệu import**. Sau đó import lại file excel định dạng chuẩn.
