# 4.1.14 Lựa chọn người nhận trả phí ship khi giao hàng

Đăng nhập tài khoản Sale

1. Vào menu <img src="/files/-Mb_jN2OieRJUe9c6RUR" alt="" data-size="original"> , Chọn **4. Telesale --> 4.1.  Tác nghiệp Telesale**&#x20;

&#x20;   2\. Trong ô **"Kết quả"** ---> Nhấn **"Chọn"** ---> Chọn **"Chốt đơn"** hoặc nhấn trực tiếp vào  ô <img src="/files/-Mb_jW8LZ_sX40qzBXvu" alt="" data-size="original"> để tạo đơn hàng khi khách hàng xác nhận mua hàng.

&#x20;  3\. Sau khi tạo thông tin xong sale lựa chọn đơn vị giao hàng

&#x20;  4\. Lúc này khi sale tích chọn khách trả phí VC thì người chịu phí là khách, nếu không tích chọn người chịu phí là doanh nghiệp.

Chú ý: Nếu tích chọn khách hàng là người trả phí đơn vị cần điền số 0 vào ô phí vận chuyển thu của khách.
