# 99. \[Pushcall] Gọi ra từ Pushsale trả lỗi: Chỉ hiện 1 sim hoặc hiện 2 sim giống nhau

**Nguyên nhân:** Do hệ thống không nhận diện được sim

**Giải pháp:**Bạn làm các bước sau:

1. Kiểm tra đã cập nhật phiên bản mới nhất của Pushcall chưa?
2. Mở ứng dụng PushCall -> chọn góc trên bên trái -> chọn Đăng xuất
3. Tải và cài app PushCall phiên bản mới nhất. Cách thực hiện: Truy cập 9.1.7 trên Pushsale.vn để lấy link tải mới nhất
4. Rút sim, đổi vị trí 2 sim trên điện thoại (chẳng hạn như hình trên, đổi sim Vinaphone là sim 2, Viettel là sim 1; hoặc ngược lại) - **phần này quan trọng**
5. Mở app PushCall -> đăng nhập lại tài khoản của bạn -> kích hoạt 2 sim
6. Nếu hiển thị 2 số sim khác nhau là thành công
