# Tỉ lệ hoàn thành KPI doanh số của từng nhân sự đang như thế nào ?

1\. Vào mục **8.5.2 CEO Dashboard V2**-> Lựa chọn **Khoảng thời gian** -> Bấm **Tìm kiếm**

2\. Xem cột :

* **KPI**: Mốc doanh số cần đạt được của từng nhân sự được Admin thiết lập
* **Tỉ lệ hoàn thành KPI**: % hoàn thành tương ứng với khoảng thời gian&#x20;

Nếu tỉ lệ hoàn thành KPI thấp cần xem lại các chỉ số khác đang gây ảnh hưởng đến KPI để đánh giá nguyên nhân ( VD: tỷ lệ chốt, giá trị trung bình đơn, số contact nhận được,...)
