# Xem danh sách những số sale chưa liên hệ như thế nào?

1\. Tại mục **4.1 Tác nghiệp Telesale** -> Chọn bộ lọc **Trạng thái tác nghiệp** -> Chọn **Chưa tác nghiệp** -> Nhấn **tìm kiếm**
2\. Hệ thống hiển thị tất cả các số **Chưa tác nghiệp.**

Tips:
* Ưu tiên liên hệ các contact ở tác nghiệp có khả năng ra đơn cao nhất (Khách mới, gọi lần 1, khách hẹn gửi hàng...)
* Lượng contact chưa tác nghiệp được thể hiện bên cạnh tên tác nghiệp (hình ảnh) Ví dụ: Gọi lần 1 (15/20) tức là telesale có 15 contacts chưa liên hệ trên tổng số 20 contacts ở tác nghiệp Gọi lần 1
