Bước 1. Truy cập **2.7.5 Báo cáo công việc** 

Bước 2. Lựa chọn **bộ lọc tác nghiệp**

Bước 3. Xem **cột CTN** (chưa tác nghiệp) để biết còn bao nhiêu số chưa được liên hệ&#x20;

* Nếu cột CTN lớn hơn 0, thì marketing cần liên hệ ngay với bộ phận sale để xử lý kịp thời
