# Làm thế nào để đối chiếu tiền thu hộ với đơn vị giao vận

1\. Vào mục **6.1 Đối soát đơn** chọn nút chức năng <img src="/files/G8z80nTTk7BMNvkIbdew" alt="" data-size="line"> góc dưới bên trái -> Chọn nút **Đối soát đơn** **bằng excel** <img src="/files/bEpJ8rAmB4vAK1sqhru1" alt="" data-size="line">-> Hệ thống mở ra cửa sổ đối soát đơn&#x20;

2\. Chọn nút **Tải mẫu Excel** -> Nhập thông tin vào file excel vừa tải và lưu lại.

3\. Quay lại cửa sổ đối soát đơn -> Ấn chọn file đối soát vừa lưu&#x20;

4\. Bấm **Upload** và **Đối soát**.&#x20;

Tips:

* Nên tích vào ô "Kiểm tra khớp tiền thu hộ" để tra soát số tiền đơn vị giao vận trả về có đủ không (tiền thu hộ =...)
* Nên tích vào ô "Cập nhật ĐSNB nếu khớp tiền" để tự động cập nhật đối soát những đơn đã kiểm tra ở trên.
