# 24. Tại sao tài khoản leader sale/mkt không xem được báo cáo dữ liệu của chính mình?

Trong trường hợp này, tài khoản leader đã được cấp quyền trưởng nhóm nhưng chưa tạo đội nhóm. Có nghĩa là leader chưa quản lý một thành viên hay đội nhóm nào cả thì sẽ không xem được báo cáo dữ liệu của chính mình.

Để khắc phục lỗi này, Doanh nghiệp có thể lựa chọn 1 trong 2 cách sau đây:\
**Cách 1: Bỏ tích trưởng nhóm**\
Admin vào **1. Quản trị đơn vị** => **1.2. Nhân sự** => 1.2.1. **Danh sách nhân viên**<br>

Sau khi bỏ tích, Admin bấm "**Cập nhật**" để lưu thay đổi\
Sau khi lưu lại thài khoản đấy đã xem được báo cáo dữ liệu của mình\

**Cách 2: Thêm đội nhóm cho tài khoản**Admin vào **1. Quản trị đơn vị** => **1.2. Nhân sự** => **1.2.2. Quản lý đội nhóm**

Sau khi bấm thêm mới thì tài khoản đã được tạo đội nhóm, lúc này tài khoản có thể theo dõi báo cáo dữ liệu của chính mình.
