**Nguyên nhân: Đ**iện thoại không có kết nối Internet hoặc ứng dụng PushCall trên điện thoại đã bị tắt (Ứng dụng PushCall là ứng dụng chạy nền, nên để lâu có thể bị tắt bởi hệ điều hành).

**Giải pháp:**

* Kiểm tra kết nối Internet (Wifi/3G)
* Mở lại ứng dụng PushCall.vn trên điên thoại (để tạo kết nối)
* Kích hoạt lại sim trên app Pushcall
* Cần bật đủ các cài đặt theo từng dòng điện thoại để ứng dụng không bị tắt.
