# 1.2.2. Quản lý đội nhóm

1. Thiết lập trưởng nhóm trong phần [**1. Danh sách nhân viên**](https://docs.pushsale.vn/10.-he-thong/5.-thiet-lap-nhom-sale) **​**
2. Vào menu <img src="/files/-MbuWBE-hxMhhw4ZVmn6" alt="" data-size="original"> thả xuống --> **1. Quản trị đơn vị --> 1.2 Nhân sự ---> 2.Quản lý đội nhóm**
3. Chọn **Thêm mới** để thêm nhóm

* Chọn ảnh
* Kiểu nhóm
* Mã nhóm&#x20;
* Tên nhóm
* Trưởng nhóm
* Thành viên
* Nhóm CSKH tương ứng (không bắt buộc): Đơn vị chọn nhóm CSKH khi tick tính năng làm việc theo nhóm&#x20;

Chọn **+ Thêm mới** để hoàn thành bước tạo nhóm
