# 108. \[Pushcall] Gọi ra từ hệ thống gặp lỗi: Không hiển thị SIM để bấm gọi

**Nguyên nhân1 :** Hệ thống bị chậm&#x20;

**Giải pháp:** Ctrl+ F5 chờ hệ thống load lại dữ liệu\

**Nguyên nhân 2 :** Chưa kích hoạt sim / Chưa lắp sim

**Giải pháp:** Truy cập App và Kích hoạt sim

Mở ở app PushCall ---> chọn Menu bên trái ---> chọn **Cài đặt SIM** ---> Kích hoạt lại sim
