# Facebook không về số từ inbox

Một số trường hợp sau khi kết nối Facebook với Pushsale, các contact từ comment về đủ, nhưng contact từ inbox không về hệ thống.

Để xử lý vấn đề này, hãy thực hiện như sau:

1\. Truy cập fanpage quản trị, chọn mục **Cài đặt**

2\. Bấm vào mục **Nhắn tin nâng cao**, tìm đến phần **Cài đặt ứng dụng**

3\. Bấm chọn **Cấu hình**

4\. Gỡ bỏ tất cả các ứng dụng ưu tiên, đưa về mặc định là **Chọn**. Lúc này số từ inbox sẽ tự động về hệ thống Pushsale

1\. Tại màn hình **Danh sách fanpage facebook** hãy bấm **Remove Account** sau đó bấm nút **Connect with Facebook**

2\. Bỏ tích **Sử dụng**, sau đó bấm **Lưu**

3\. Tích lại **Sử dụng**, sau đó bấm **Lưu**

Lúc này, số từ inbox sẽ tự động về hệ thống Pushsale
