# Khi nào thì 2 contact giống nhau về Pushsale báo số trùng, báo khách cũ?

## Nếu mà contact về trước chốt đơn và có mã vận đơn rồi, thì contact đó về lần nữa hệ thống sẽ luôn tính là khách cũ, chứ không tính là số trùng

## Nếu mà có 2 bản ghi cùng số điện thoại, nhưng chưa số điện thoại nào có mã vận đơn, thì lúc đó hệ thống mới báo trùng
