# Kho số thả nổi: Lấy số xong không biết tìm ở đâu?

Kho số thả nổi luôn được mã hóa để ẩn đi một phần của số điện thoại khách hàng, sau khi sale bấm **"Lấy số"**, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị contact vừa nhận sang một tab mới của trình duyệt. 

Tuy nhiên khi bấm lấy số, rất nhiều sale gặp trường hợp trình duyệt của máy tính không hiển thị tab mới, do đó không biết số vừa lấy từ kho số thả nổi là số nào. Để khắc phục tình trạng này, Anh/Chị hãy làm theo hướng dẫn sau.

**Trình duyệt Chrome**

1. Mở Chrome trên máy tính.
2. Ở trên cùng bên phải, hãy nhấp vào biểu tượng Thêm ![Thêm](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/E2q6Vj9j60Dw0Z6NZFEx5vSB9yoZJp7C8suuvQXVA_2weMCXstGD7JEvNrzX3wuQrPtL=w18-h18) ![sau đó](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/3_l97rr0GvhSP2XV5OoCkV2ZDTIisAOczrSdzNCBxhIKWrjXjHucxNwocghoUa39gw=w18-h18) **Cài đặt**.
3. Ở phần bên trái, hãy nhấp vào **"Quyền riêng tư và bảo mật"**
4. Trong mục **"Quyền riêng tư và bảo mật"**, hãy nhấp vào **Cài đặt trang web**.
5. Nhấp vào **Cửa sổ bật lên và liên kết chuyển hướng**.
6. Ở trên cùng, hãy chuyển tùy chọn cài đặt này thành **Được phép**.
