# 121. Đăng đơn J\&T báo lỗi S10

Khi hệ thống báo lỗi S10 có nghĩa là mã đơn hàng đang bị trùng.

**Nguyên nhân có thể là**: Doanh nghiệp đã đăng đơn rồi hủy đăng đơn\
Khi anh/chị thực hiện đăng đơn, rồi lại hủy đăng đơn, sau đó khi đăng lại thì không được, đó là vì mã đơn đấy đã có trên hệ thống đơn vị giao hàng rồi.\
Muốn đăng đơn lại, anh/chị cần "Đổi mã vận đơn" và đăng đơn lại.

***Bước 1:*** Sử dụng tài khoản của Kho, bấm vào chọn **5. Kho** **--->** **5.1 Đăng đơn**

***Bước 2:*** Bấm mục **“Đăng đơn”**, Tích vào đơn cần “**Hủy đăng đơn**”

***Bước 3:*** Kích biểu tượng (mô tả dưới hình ảnh) để đổi mã vận đơn

***Bước 4:*** Sau đó bấm "**Đăng đơn"**
