# Cấu hình Zalo OA (Cấu hình ZNS)

1\. Vào **menu** ![](/files/gZYxqEeTXMOZFU4cDknr), chọn 9.2**. Quản lý notification --> 9.2.1 Cấu hình thông báo**

2\. Điền đầy đủ các thông tin như sau:

2\. Điền đầy đủ các thông tin như sau

* **Api Key:** tự động điền sau khi đăng ký tài khoản thành công với Pushsale
* **Secret Key:** tự động điền sau khi đăng ký tài khoản thành công với Pushsale
* **Sử dụng Zalo:** tích chọn để sử dụng dịch vụ Zalo (ZNS)
* **Zalo OA id**: Id Zalo được tạo sau khi đăng ký tài khoản thành công với Pushsale

## II. Danh sách cấu hình

1\. Vào **menu** ![](/files/gZYxqEeTXMOZFU4cDknr), chọn 9.2 **Quản lý notification --> 9.2.1 Cấu hình thông báo**

2\. Lựa chọn nhóm:&#x20;

* Nếu đơn vị muốn gửi tin nhắn theo từng tác nghiệp thì sẽ chọn nhóm **Tác nghiệp**
* Nếu đơn vị muốn gửi tin nhắn theo trạng thái đơn hàng, hãy chọn nhóm **Trạng thái đơn hàng**

3\. Mặc định hệ thống sẽ hiển thị các tác nghiệp có kết quả tác nghiệp là **Chốt đơn**.&#x20;

* Nếu muốn sử dụng tác nghiệp nào, anh/chị hãy tích vào ô Sử dụng tương ứng, sau đó chọn mẫu tin nhắn.&#x20;
* Tin nhắn có thể gửi đi ngay khi được chọn tác nghiệp tiếp, hoặc chỉ gửi đi sau khi đã đếm xong thời gian và chuyển sang tác nghiệp tiếp theo.

Sau đó bấm Lưu để hoàn thành thiết lập.
