# 110. \[Pushcall] Lỗi: Không sử dụng được app

**Nguyên nhân:** Do sử dụng App Pushcall bản cũ

**Giải pháp:** Truy cập web Pushsale và vào **9.1.7 Down load app Pushcall** để lấy link tải bản APK về và sử dụng

Nên sử dụng trực tiếp điện thoại vào trình duyệt Web để tải , sẽ lấy file APK trực tiếp về điện thoại luôn không cần truyền file từ máy tính qua điện thoại nếu tải theo phương pháp 1 ( dùng Máy tính)&#x20;
