# Làm thế nào để xoá trùng, lọc trùng?
1. Truy cập vào tài khoản **Admin**
2. Click vào biểu tượng **Menu** **chọn 4. Telesale => 4.2 Hồ sơ khách hàng**
3. Tại màn hình hồ sơ khách hàng:
* Chọn **tác nghiệp thời gian**: khoảng ngày cần chọn
* **Chọn Trùng số** : Trùng số
* Bấm ***"Tìm Kiếm":*** hệ thống sẽ hiện ra những contact bị trùng
* Kích vào biểu tượng trùng : hiện ra bảng “Danh sách đơn cùng số điện thoại”
* Kích vào biểu tượng xoá : xoá số trùng về sau
