# 1.6.7.2 Phân quyền xuất File Excel
1\. Sử dụng tài khoản **Admin**, bấm vào 
chọn **1.Quản trị đơn vị** **-->** **1.6 Cấu hình chức năng**
**Admin** và **CEO** có thể xuất Excel tại Hồ sơ khách hàng, **Kho** có thể xuất Excel tại Thủ kho tác nghiệp, **Kế toán** có thể xuất Excel tại Kế toán tác nghiệp. \
Giờ đây, chỉ có những tài khoản được Admin thiết lập trong **Cấu hình chức năng** mới có thể download File Excel.\
**Điều kiện cần**: Tài khoản phải thuộc một trong các quyền **Admin; CEO;** **Kho** và **Kế Toán**\
**Điều kiện đủ**: Tài khoản đó phải được **Admin** cấp quyền trong **Cấu hình chức năng**\
Sau khi cấp quyền cho tài khoản xong, bấm nút 
để lưu thay đổi
