# 150. Làm thế nào để CSKH đọc lại ghi chú của Sale?

1\. Vào mục **4.1 Tác nghiệp Telesale** -> Bấm vào **Lịch sử tác nghiệp** ở cột **Kết quả**

2\. Màn hình hiển thị pop-up **Lịch sử tác nghiệp** -> Bấm vào **Xem danh sách lịch sử các đơn cùng số điện thoại**&#x20;
