# 3. Danh mục KPI

1. Vào menu <img src="/files/-Mbtp0oCQqR0XBlw1VpN" alt="" data-size="original"> , chọn **7. CEO** --> **7.1 Kế hoạch kinh doanh --> Danh mục KPI**
2. &#x20;Lựa chọn bộ phận cần thiết lập KPI
3. Bấm khởi tạo để lấy dữ liệu mặc định của hệ thống
4. Điền đầy đủ các dữ liệu đơn vị trong bảng
5. Có thể thêm mới các thứ hạng theo nhu cầu của Doanh nghiệp
6. Chọn **Lưu**
