# Cấu hình Chatbot
1. Sử dụng tài khoản **Admin**, bấm vào  chọn **9. Dịch vụ trả phí --> 9.2 Quản lý notification--> Quản lý tin nhắn mẫu**
2. Bấm vào ô chọn loại anh/chị muốn thiết lập tin nhắn mẫu: Chatbot
3. Nhập Tên tin nhắn mẫu + Nội dung Tin nhắn mẫu -> Bấm  để tạo thành công tin nhắn mẫu.
VD: Nội dung tin nhắn mẫu:
Cam on {quy\_khach} da dang ky {san\_pham} cua chung toi.
Xin chào anh/chị {quy\_khach}, sản phẩm {san\_pham} đang trong quá trình vận chuyển. Vui lòng để ý điện thoại để nhận hàng nhé!
Chào {quy\_khach}, cảm ơn đã mua {san\_pham} số lượng {so\_luong} của chúng tôi, mã đơn hàng của bạn là {ma\_don\_hang} với tổng tiền {tong\_tien}, phí vận chuyển {phi\_van\_chuyen}.
4. Chọn  nếu muốn thêm mẫu tin nhắn mới
