# 109. \[Pushcall] Gọi ra từ hệ thống gặp lỗi: Tài khoản chưa đăng kí số hotlines

**Nguyên nhân:** Do sim chưa được đăng kí

**Giải pháp:**

1. Check lại xem đã kích hoạt sim chưa
2. Kích hoạt sim rồi thì check lại xem sim còn hạn sử dụng không&#x20;

Cách thực hiện:&#x20;

Sử dụng tài khoản Admin vào 9.1.3 Tổng đài User

Chọn "Danh sách số điện thoại"
