# Số từ Facebook không về sau khi kết nối lại được thì số có tự về không?

Số từ FB không về, sau khi kết nối lại được thì số cũng không thể tự về được. Mình sẽ có 2 cách để lấy lại data, bằng cách thao tác ở mục **2.11 Nhập data thủ công** hoặc thao tác ở mục **2.6 Import Excel** để đẩy số đó lên hệ thống.

**Cách 1: Nhập data thủ công**

* Bước 1: Đăng nhập tài khoản **marketing.**

**Cách 2: Import Excel lên hệ thống**

* Bước 1: Đăng nhập tài khoản **admin**
