# Làm sao để xem lại đoạn hội thoại khách chat với Fanpage?

1\. Tại mục **4.1 Tác nghiệp Telesale** -> Chọn vào Màn đơn <img src="/files/fZCKHOfwfRE94n1TxLvH" alt="" data-size="original"> tại cột họ tên khách hàng -> Chọn mục **Đoạn hội thoại FB** ở trong màn đơn.

* Mục đoạn hội thoại Facebook chỉ xuất hiện trên những contact đổ về tự động nếu kết nối Pushsale với Fanpage
