# 1.6.7.1 Tùy chọn các trường xuất File Excel
1\. Sử dụng tài khoản **Admin**, bấm vào 
chọn **1.Quản trị đơn vị** **-->** **1.6 Cấu hình chức năng**
2\. Kéo xuống phần **excel kho, kế toán** và **excel hồ sơ khách hàng**. Hệ thống chia làm 2 cột:
* Excel **Kho, kế toán**: Chọn các trường hiển thị ở cột trái Là những trường sẽ hiển thị trong file excel khi tải xuống
* Excel **Hồ sơ khách hàng**: Chọn các trường hiển thị ở cột phải Là những trường sẽ hiển thị trong file excel khi tải xuống
Ngoài việc tùy chọn Ẩn/Hiện các trường, người dùng cũng có thể kéo thả để sắp xếp thứ tự hiển thị của các cột.
Xuất excel thêm các trường gồm:
* ĐH Mã Combo
* ĐH Tên Combo
3\. Sau khi hoàn thành chỉnh sửa, hãy bấm nút 
(dưới cùng hoặc trên cùng của trang) để lưu lại thay đổi.
