# 2.6.3.2.1 Kết nối Fbot
Pushsale cung cập thêm kết nối Fbot của FChat. Sau khi người dùng liên kết thành công, các contact từ chat theo kịch bản Fbot sẽ chuyển từ Facebook sang hệ thống Pushsale.
## **Bước 1. Thực hiện trên** [**https://fchat.vn/dashboard**](https://fchat.vn/dashboard)****
1\. Bấm vào Fanpage đang cần kết nối, tại đây bắt đầu tạo kịch bản.
Để contact về được Pushsale thì cần ít nhất 2 thông tin: Họ tên và số điện thoại
* Họ tên: Có thể dùng trường `full name` chính là tên facebook của khách hàng, hoặc sử dụng trường `name`
* Số điện thoại: Sử dụng trường `phone`
Ngoài ra, Anh/Chị còn có thể thêm các trường thông tin khác như:
* Địa chỉ: Sử dụng trường `address`
* Tin nhắn: Sử dụng trường`message`
**Cách làm:** Bấm vào .png?alt=media\&token=43576a5f-8054-4d2b-8eda-456c0e7df7f6) để chọn các đối tượng cần thêm, chọn .png?alt=media\&token=fdd092f3-f287-4580-92c6-c5d9223ccd28) và thực hiện như hình bên dưới:
2\. Kết nối API với Pushsale
**Cách làm:** Bấm vào .png?alt=media\&token=5c6def1e-fefa-4224-a95f-e14ce16816a4) để chọn đối tượng cần thêm, chọn .png?alt=media\&token=d8643bab-9891-482a-8ec3-407b6ac5a7da) và thực hiện như sau:
## **Bước 2. Kiểm tra contact về Pushsale qua kịch bản FBot**
1\. Bấm vào nút .png?alt=media\&token=f6efc42b-2073-4188-a4f8-93289eab1ddd) ở góc trên cùng, bên phải màn hình Fbot
2\. Thực hiện trả lời theo kịch bản
3\. Kiểm tra tại màn hình **Hồ sơ khách hàng** của Pushsale để kiểm tra số về hệ thống.
