# 4.1.16 Xóa data

Đăng nhập tài khoản Admin:

1\. Vào menu <img src="/files/-Mb_sWTLBQPh02ekVLsN" alt="" data-size="original"> , Chọn **4. Telesale --> 4.1.  Tác nghiệp Telesale**&#x20;

2\. Tìm kiếm tới contact muốn xóa và nhấn vào nút xóa data để xóa contact.

Lưu ý: Những contact đã xóa không thể backup trở lại hệ thống. Để có thể sử dụng chức năng này anh/chị cần livechat để yêu cầu thiết lập riêng cho đơn vị.
