# 90. Đăng đơn J\&T trả lỗi B031-STOP, nguyên nhân và cách khắc phục

**Lý giải:** Lỗi "B031-STOP" là lỗi chặn tuyến giao của đơn vị J\&T khi tuyền giao đang bị đình trệ, ùn tắc không thể thực hiện giao hàng thì đơn vị giao hàng J\&T sẽ khóa lại tuyến và không có phép đăng đơn vận chuyển trên tuyến giao đó nữa.

**Cách xử lý:** Trong trường hợp này đơn vị chỉ có thể lựa chọn sang đơn vị giao vận khác để có thể tiếp tục đẩy đơn đúng thời gian hoặc thông báo cho khách hàng giao chậm đợi đến khi tuyến giao được mở lại thì mới đẩy đơn đi được qua J\&T
