# Làm thế nào để chia số tự động theo định mức?

1\. Vào mục **1.2.4 Cấu hình chia số** -> Bấm vào nút **Thêm mới** hoặc **Chỉnh sửa**  cấu hình chia số đang sử dụng -> Lựa chọn cách chia Chia theo định mức tại các đầu mục **Kiểu số**
-> Bấm **Cập nhật**
2\. Ở mục **Cấu hình Sale, CSKH** -> **Chọn nhóm Sale, CSKH** -> Bấm vào dấu +Sale/+CSKH setup định mức cho từng nhân sự
-> Bấm **Lưu**

Có thể tùy chỉnh kiểu nhận Số mới trùng/ số khách cũ trùng chia về người nhận gần nhất khi setup Cấu hình chia số để không tư vấn chồng chéo
