# 4.1.4 Hủy chốt đơn
1. Dùng tài khoản sale vào **4.1 Tác nghiệp Telesale**.
Chọn đơn cần hủy chốt. Thao tác vào biểu tượng chỉnh sửa đơn hàng ở cột họ tên số điện thoại KH.
Trên màn đơn xuất hiện thông tin đơn hàng đã được chốt. Ấn hủy chốt đơn.
2\. **Sửa thông tin** cho đơn đã chốt

Chỉ sửa được đơn hàng khi đơn hàng đó ở trạng thái **"Chờ vận đơn"**
Trường hợp đơn hàng ở trạng thái **Đã đăng đơn** sale sẽ không sửa được đơn đó nữa. Sale cần yêu cầu kế toán **Hủy đăng đơn** để có thể sửa được đơn hàng
