# 114.  \[Pushcall] Lỗi:  Không kích hoạt được sim

Trường hợp không kích hoạt được sim Viettel hoặc Vinaphone/Mobiphone thì anh/chị làm như sau với PushCall

**Bước 1: Đăng xuất app PushCall, xóa app PushCall**

**Bước 2: Xóa hết lịch sử gọi, tin nhắn hiện tại**

**Bước 3: Bấm gọi 197 cho sim Viettel, 900 sim Vinaphone/ Mobiphone**

**Bước 4: Cài lại PushCall -> Đăng nhập app PushCall -> chọn Cài đặt sim -> Chọn sim cần kích hoạt -> bấm Kích hoạt**

**Bước 5: Nếu hiển thị sim báo đã kích hoạt là thành công.**
