# 2.3 Hồ sơ khách hàng

1.Vào menu <img src="/files/-MdKiivPIkQ9CYMnu7Nw" alt="" data-size="original">, Chọn **2. Marketing --> 2.3 Hồ sơ khách hàng**

Sau khi khách hàng đăng ký contact sẽ được chuyển tự động chia đều về data khách hàng cho từng sale/telesale. Và ở đây có thể xem, tìm kiếm khách hàng theo nhiều bộ lọc của hệ thống.

2\. Có thể xem hồ sơ khách hàng theo ngày, theo kết quả tác nghiệp và nhiều trường lọc khác.

3\. Sale/telesales có thể tìm kiếm thông tin khách hàng bằng **số điện thoại** hoặc bằng **tên** khách hàng qua **Ô tìm kiếm.**

**Lưu ý:** Khách hàng của sale/telesale nào thì chỉ có nhân viên sale đó có thể xem. Khách hàng trong data của nhân viên sale nào thì khi có nhu cầu mua lại thì sẽ vẫn do sale đó phụ trách.

4\.
