# 12. Tổng đài bị mất ghi âm thì phải làm sao?

Có phải anh chị đang sử dụng tổng đài Pushcall không ạ? Vấn đề này có 2 khả năng:\
1\. Trình ghi âm của app Pushcall Recoder bị hết hạn nên phải cài đặt lại\
2\. Phía server Pushcall bị lỗi\
Anh/Chị cho em xin tên đơn vị và số điện thoại không nhận ghi âm để em báo kỹ thuật kiểm tra nhé, em sẽ phản hồi lại nguyên nhân sau 10 phút.\

Tuy nhiên để tiết kiệm thời gian của anh chị, em xin phép gửi hướng dẫn chi tiết để cài đặt lại Pushcall.
