# 1. Thống kê tỉ lệ chốt đơn

1. Vào menu <img src="/files/-MdM-fyJyr2QTBPPckqO" alt="" data-size="original"> , Chọn **4. Telesale --> 4.6 Báo cáo Leader --> Thống kê tỉ lệ chốt đơn**
2. Chọn **Ngày** muốn **thống kê** --> Chọn **tìm kiếm**

**Chú ý:** Bảng này chỉ xuất hiện trong tài khoản admin và Telesale leader. Tài khoản telesale  không có tính năng này

**Số liệu trong bảng sẽ được tính như sau :**

* Tổng contact mới : Bao gồm tất cả các đơn hàng mà Sale nhận được
* Tổng chốt đơn : Là các đơn sale chốt thành công trừ hoàn, hủy
* Tổng tỷ lệ : Là tỉ lệ chốt thành công của Sale = Tổng chốt đơn/Tổng contact mới

Bổ sung cột doanh số và bộ lọc doanh số vào trong báo cáo 4.6.1 Thống kê tỉ lệ chốt đơn

Người dùng có thể xem chi tiết doanh số được chốt tại mỗi tác nghiệp cụ thể

Có thể tùy chỉnh các loại doanh số theo nhu cầu
