# Làm thế nào để biết được sale đã gọi hết bao nhiêu số do Marketing chạy ra vào ngày hôm nay ?

Bước 1. Truy cập vào mục **4.5.3 Báo cáo công việc sale**  (Hoặc **8.2.1**) 

-> Chọn bộ lọc **Kiểu ngày**: Ngày data về hệ thống

Bước 2.&#x20;

Xem cột **Số CT** = Số contact mà Marketing chạy ra vào ngày hôm đó&#x20;

Cột CTN (Chưa tác nghiệp) = Số contact mà sale chưa gọi&#x20;

**Số contact đã tác nghiệp** = **Số CT** (contact) - **CTN** ( Chưa tác nghiệp)

**Tips:**

Nên lọc thời gian 7 Ngày vừa qua và ưu tiên check lượng số chưa gọi (CTN) ở các tác nghiệp đầu tiên. Ví dụ: Gọi lần 1, gọi lần 2...

Một data được tính là chưa tác nghiệp nếu ở tác nghiệp hiện tại (Tác nghiệp cần) vẫn có thể chọn được kết quả tác nghiệp. **Ví dụ:** data đã gọi lần 1 nhưng khi chuyển sang tác nghiệp gọi lần 2 mà chưa chọn kết quả tác nghiệp thì vẫn bị tính là data chưa được tác nghiệp.
