Khác với màn hình **Tác nghiệp Telesale** (sale chỉ tìm kiếm được đơn hàng do mình phụ trách)

Tại màn hình **Hồ sơ khách hàng**, sale hoàn toàn có thể tìm được thông tin của khách hàng, kể cả những khách hàng mà mình không phụ trách.

Điều này rất thuận tiện trong trường hợp Sale nhận được 1 cuộc gọi bất kì, và cần biết đây là ai, có phải khách cũ hay không để có thể trao đổi thuận tiện nhất với khách hàng.
