# 5.7.1 Danh sách đơn hàng lỗi
1\. Click vào biểu tượng **Menu** , chọn **5. 7 Thương mại điện tử --> 5.7.1 Danh sách đơn hàng lỗi**
2\. Chọn kho và shop đã kết nối (chọn kho áp dụng với đơn vị kết nối kho với sàn TMĐT)
3\. Chọn **Danh sách đơn hàng lỗi đồng bộ** để xem những đơn hàng bị lỗi
Mỗi một đơn đều có trạng thái mô tả lỗi để người dùng có thể sửa và đồng bộ lại đơn hàng.
Người dùng cũng có thể tìm kiếm đơn hàng lỗi theo Mã đơn hàng đối tác hoặc lọc theo thời gian đơn về hệ thống
4\. Sau khi nhấn đồng bộ  đơn hàng sẽ được cập nhật về Pushsale
