# Khắc phục lỗi số không về từ Capture form

Một số đơn vị mong muốn lấy được số điện thoại của khách hàng điền thông tin trên Ladipage nhưng chưa ấn Submit, những số này sẽ được Ladipage đẩy về GoogleSheet nhưng nếu cài đặt không đúng thì số sẽ không về Pushsale. Cần thiết lập cài đặt để sử dụng Capture form:

Áp dụng cho 2 trường thông tin Phone và Email. Khi khách hàng nhập thông tin vào 1 trong 2 trường Phone và Email, di con trỏ chuột ra khỏi textbox đó thì hệ thống sẽ tự động gửi Data đi mà không cần khách hàng bấm nút Submit. 

Data dạng Capture Form sau 5 phút khách hàng out khỏi textbox sẽ được gửi đi( Khách hàng tiếp tục bấm Submit thì vẫn ghi nhận thêm dữ liệu 1 lần nữa). Trên các kênh lưu trữ, sẽ có hiện thêm phần ghi chú dữ liệu đến từ Capture Form . Download Backup thì data Capture Form sẽ ở cuối cùng của data backup.

Cách thiết lập tính năng :

Bạn vào phần Thiết lập của form, Thiết kế,  Auto Capture , chọn Có để bật tính năng và sử dụng

Tiếp theo cài đặt cấu hình tài khoản liên kết và tích chọn Gửi API qua Ladipage.
