# 4.1.13 Thiết lập nhanh thời gian nhảy tác nghiệp kế tiếp
**Ví dụ:** Sale **Gọi lần 1** cho khách hàng, khách báo gọi lại sau 1h. Tuy nhiên sau khi chọn kết quả tác nghiệp **Gọi lại sau** thì đồng hồ đếm ngược hiển thị là 2h. Để phù hợp với mục đích sử dụng, Pushsale cung cấp chức năng cho phép Sale có thể sửa lại thời gian đồng hồ đếm ngược ngay tại màn hình **Tác nghiệp Telesale.**
**Bước 1: Sử dụng tài khoản Admin**
1. Đăng nhập tài khoản **Admin**.
2. Vào menu  , Chọn **1.8 --> Thiết lập quy trình sale -->** **1.8.2 Khai báo danh mục tác nghiệp** => Tích chọn ô **Sửa giờ** ở các tác nghiệp cho phép sale có thể sửa giờ.
**Bước 2: Sử dụng tài khoản Sale**
1. Đăng nhập tài khoản **Sale**
2. Vào menu  , Chọn **4.1 Tác nghiệp Telesale** => Chọn **kết quả** và bấm vào icon 
3. Lúc này, hộp thoại **Sửa lịch sử tác nghiệp** được hiển thị. Anh/Chị hãy sửa lại thời gian cần chuyển tác nghiệp, sau đó bấm nút **Cập nhật**.
