1\. Vào mục **4.6.5 Báo cáo tối ưu sale** -> Lọc **Khoảng thời gian** -> Bấm **Tìm kiếm**

2\. Tham khảo các bộ chỉ số sau để đánh giá số lượng & chất lượng Ví dụ

* Tỉ lệ chốt và Tổng thời gian gọi ra
* Số nhận, Số kho, Số trùng và Số contact chưa tác nghiệp
* Số đơn chốt và Tổng cuộc gọi nghe máy/ tổng cuộc gọi ra

3. Căn cứ vào các bộ chỉ số trên để bật tắt Nhận dữ liệu của Sale tương ứng&#x20;
