# 100. \[Pushcall] Gọi ra từ Pushsale: Mất kết nối

**Triệu chứng:** 

Thao tác gọi ra từ Web tuy nhiên không có kết nối tới điện thoại ( màn Web vẫn hiển thị cuộc gọi, điện thoại không có cuộc gọi ra)

**Nguyên nhân:** 

Điện thoại không có kết nối Internet hoặc ứng dụng PushCall trên điện thoại đã bị tắt (Ứng dụng PushCall là ứng dụng chạy nền, nên để lâu có thể bị tắt bởi hệ điều hành).

**Giải pháp:**

* Kiểm tra kết nối Internet (Wifi/3G)
* Mở lại ứng dụng PushCall trên điên thoại (để tạo kết nối)
* Cần bật đủ các cài đặt theo từng dòng điện thoại để ứng dụng không bị tắt.
* Reset khởi động lại điện thoại
