# 112. \[Pushcall] Có ghi âm nhưng nghe không có tiếng

Trường hợp ghi âm nghe không có tiếng, tức là đang ghi âm bằng ứng dụng **MyRecorder** hay **Cube ACR** (ghi âm bằng ứng dụng thứ 3 sẽ không đảm bảo chất lượng ghi âm tốt nhất, vấn đề này không kiểm soát được). 

Khuyến cáo, để ghi âm 100% tốt thì chỉ dùng ghi âm mặc định của điện thoại.
